Due to the nature of digital access:

We do not provide refunds for:

Failure to use the platform

Accidental purchase
3. Faulty Service
You may be entitled to a refund if:

The platform is unavailable for a significant and unreasonable period

There is a major technical failure not resolved within a reasonable timeframe
Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time

Access continues until the end of the billing cycle

No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
5. Trial Period

No charge occurs during the trial

After trial expiry, the subscription converts automatically

Users must cancel before trial end to avoid charges
