Refund Policy

1. Subscription Plans

Through the Plate offers digital subscription-based services.

Due to the nature of digital access:

  • We do not offer returns in the traditional sense

  • Refunds are assessed under Australian Consumer Law

2. Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Failure to use the platform

  • Accidental purchase

3. Faulty Service

You may be entitled to a refund if:

  • The platform is unavailable for a significant and unreasonable period

  • There is a major technical failure not resolved within a reasonable timeframe

Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Cancellation

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time

  • Access continues until the end of the billing cycle

  • No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period

5. Trial Period

  • No charge occurs during the trial

  • After trial expiry, the subscription converts automatically

  • Users must cancel before trial end to avoid charges
